It is recommended to use the spray after the surface has been treated but the spray has many uses as described on this website so it is available to purchase separately.

What are the free tests ?

We are able to remove the Hepa filter bags and fit a test cloth which will gather a sample of the contents of the area to be treated. Once gathered we can then test the strength of the allergens in the dust using a system similar to a Ph test.

Can you confirm the time it would take to clean one double mattress?

It takes about 45 mins to properly treat a double mattress. The mattress is turned over to ensure that both sides are thoroughly treated.

Does the mattress require removing from the frame?

Apart from when it is turned over during treatment, it can remain in the frame.

How often should I need the treatment?

This very much depends upon the severity of the allergy. On average, treatment is undertaken every 6 months.
